Seneca Chamber Awards Business of the Month: Kinney Drugs

(Seneca Falls, NY) The Seneca County Chamber of Commerce has awarded Kinney Drugs of Seneca Falls as its December 2014 Business of the Month.  The award was presented to store manager Jennifer Mastrangelo at the Chamber’s Business After Hours Networking Mixer held on December 17 at the Seneca Falls Historical Society.



Kinney Drugs was founded by Burt Kinney of Gouvenour, NY, who opened the first location in 1903.  Since then, the business has continued to expand, opening additional stores throughout various communities in Central and Northern New York, as well as Vermont. Today, Kinney Drugs includes drug stores and pharmacies at more than 110 locations, and continues to maintain its corporate headquarters in Gouverneur.

Committed to providing the highest level of customer service, the Seneca Falls team has a reputation for an outstanding level of attention to detail as well as an ability to go above and beyond for their customers in efforts to provide a truly personalized experience during each visit.


Jennifer Mastrangelo explained some of the local efforts that her team remains involved in for charitable causes and local volunteer efforts, including Santa for Seniors with the Huntington Living Center, Toys for Tots to benefit local youth, and the Children’s Miracle Network which benefits the Golisano Children’s Hospital on a regional level.
