Generations Bank

(Seneca Falls, NY) The Seneca County Chamber of Commerce will host a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Monday, October 3rd at 10:00am to celebrate the grand opening of the Generations Bank location on Cayuga Street in Seneca Falls.
“Our Cayuga Street office has been a part of this community for nearly 40 years, and – as our service offerings continue to advance – it only makes sense to reflect these changes in our flagship retail location,” said Generations Bank President and CEO, Menzo D. Case. “While our banking technology has evolved, we still feel strongly about the personal connection between our customers and employees. Customers have been greeted the same friendly faces at the office during the renovation, and this shall remain.”
The office, which was originally built in 1977, has been redesigned to incorporate many modern and sustainable elements, including floor-to-ceiling windows, carpet containing recycled content, LED lighting, 3FORM material elements and more. The office will contain interactive teller machines (ITM), state-of-the-art technology and improved handicapped parking for customers.
Hours of operation are Monday-Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm, Friday from 9 am to 6 pm and on Saturday 9 am- 12 pm.
